  • Weather forecasting for future travel dates
  • Road trip routing and planning
  • Family-friendly activity recommendations
  • PDF export of travel plans

Important: Our AI provides suggestions and recommendations. You are solely responsible for verifying all travel information, making final decisions, and ensuring the safety and appropriateness of your travel plans.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must sign in using Google OAuth
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • One account per user

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
  • Share false or misleading information
  • Use automated bots or scrapers
  • Abuse, harass, or harm other users
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

No Guarantees: Trip recommendations, weather forecasts, and other AI-generated content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of travel recommendations or routes
  • Weather forecast precision (especially for long-term predictions)
  • Availability of suggested accommodations or activities
  • Suitability of recommendations for your specific needs

Your Responsibility: Always verify information independently, check current conditions, make reservations, and use your own judgment when planning travel.

6. Weather Forecasting

Our hybrid weather system uses:

  • Real-time data for trips within 2-3 days (via WeatherAPI.com)
  • AI predictions for longer-term forecasts

Long-term weather predictions are inherently uncertain. Always check updated forecasts closer to your travel dates.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Content

  • The Famila.Travel platform, design, and features are protected by copyright and trademark laws
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our platform

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of information you provide (trip preferences, feedback, etc.)
  • By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this information to provide and improve our Service
  • Trip itineraries generated for you can be freely used for your personal travel

8. Premium Features and Billing

Effective March 1, 2026:

  • Premium subscription plans will be available
  • Pricing details available at famila.travel/pricing
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds available within 7 days of purchase
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Famila.Travel is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any travel mishaps, delays, cancellations, or issues
  • We are not liable for decisions you make based on our recommendations
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
  • We are not responsible for third-party services (hotels, airlines, attractions)

Travel Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your travel plans, safety, health precautions, required documents, insurance, and compliance with local laws.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
